Effegibrevetti has designed a new
opening system that moves the doors of the furniture to make the experience of using the furniture more comfortable. Unico Flap is the upward
flap door mechanism with integrated hinge and a
thickness of 12 mm, which increases to 13.5 mm in the configuration with cover.
Unico Flap can be mounted on kitchen and living room furniture doors with a height of
200 to
600 mm, a weight of more than
10 kg and a minimum thickness of
18 mm. In addition, it can be mounted on both hinged and recessed doors.
3 different configurations for advanced functionality in any application
The Unico Flap door mechanism is available in 3 different configurations to meet the different design requirements of furniture makers and architects:
• external mounting with cover;
• recessed mounting in cover side panel;
• recessed flush mounting with cover, to minimise the visual impact of the mechanism and the space required inside the compartment.
Unico Flap ensures a smooth closing of the door thanks to the soft closing technology up to a maximum of 15° and the complete exclusion of the damper, and it is possible to adjust the spring force to balance the movement of the door for maximum user comfort. In addition, Unico Flap allows the door to be adjusted in the 3 dimensions: frontal, lateral and vertical.

The
Unico Flap door mechanism is made of steel, zamak and technopolymer, while the mechanism hinge is available in black galvanised and nickel-plated finishes. The covers are made of
ABS and are available in the following colours: signal white (RAL 9003), silk grey (RAL 7044), quartz grey (RAL 7039), iron grey (RAL 7011), greyish brown (RAL 8019) and traffic black (RAL 9017).
